JOINERY & RAILINGS IN NICE REPLACEMENT AND NEW INSTALLATION<\/h1>\n

In a villa ideally located with an uninterrupted view over the port of Nice, we were asked to replace all the existing mirrorwork. The owner had two main objectives. Firstly, to make the villa as light and airy as possible, and secondly, to modernise all the mirrorwork. Finally, the project required the entire renovation to be completed in less than two months, including the study.<\/p>\n

New aluminium joinery<\/h2>\n

Replacing windows and doors is an opportunity to use the latest technologies to achieve maximum comfort. Firstly, visual comfort by optimising the size of the windows. The use of new aluminium joinery optimises the space occupied by the structure and maximises the size of the pane and therefore the amount of light it provides. Secondly, the quality of the materials used and the home automation solutions associated with the joinery, particularly for the shutters and blinds, make it easy to use.<\/p>\n

Glass balustrade for terrace and indoor\/outdoor staircase<\/h2>\n

Glass railings are the essential element in this project, ensuring an unobstructed, unobstructed view, even when you’re sitting on the sofa. Glass terrace railings are the perfect complement to aluminium joinery to bring maximum light into the villa. Made to measure with discreet uprights, they allow you to contemplate the panorama at all times. The glass is self-cleaning and the stainless steel (316 L) of the brackets is rustproof to ensure a long service life. The interior railings are also made of glass. This brings overall uniformity to the project and accentuates the spread of light inside the villa.<\/p>\n
