In the CAP 3000 shopping centre near Nice, we were asked to install the front of a new shop. Our customer wanted a storefront that respected the brand image and provided optimum security against attempted break-ins. Our customer also wanted a metal curtain to protect the shop window.

The particularity of this project also lies in the challenges of such an installation in a shopping centre open all day. We had to carry out the installation at night and complete it in just a few hours.

In order to meet the challenge of installing the windows at night in record time, which could not be extended because the shopping centre had to reopen the next morning, we were able to call on the services of 6 experienced technicians and fitters. To meet the security requirements of a local shop, we recommended laminated glazing, which has the advantage of not breaking in the event of a break-in. This helps to delay and deter potential intruders. In addition, the installation of a metal curtain completed the security system, protecting the storefront during the shopping centre’s closing hours.
